First Phase of Business Park Next To Las Vegas Raiders Headquarters Completed
The first phase of a $90 million warehouse business park beside the Las Vegas Raiders headquarters an training center has been finished.
Matter Real Estate Group, the same group behind the up-and-coming $400 million southwest valley entertainment complex called UnCommons, says that the Henderson business park, when complete, will span seven multi-use buildings across 37 acres.
Located at Executive Airport Drive and Sunridge Heights Parkway in the emerging part of West Henderson, the Matter Park development will offer office and showroom space as well as warehouse and distribution space.
Half of the first phase, which amounts to 300,000 square feet of space, has already been leased with a ton of excitement surrounding the Las Vegas Raiders and their future headquarters and training facility.
“There is a tremendous amount of growth and interest in this area, and the new Raiders headquarters is a big part of that,” said Tom van Betten, vice president of Matter Real Estate Group.
The second phase of Matter Park, another 500,000 square feet of space, will break ground in September with a projected summer 2022 opening. Leasing is already in progress for the second phase.
“Matter Park at West Henderson matches that enthusiasm with design and aesthetic that is unmatched in the industrial category,” Tom van Betten said. “We look forward to what this development will bring to Henderson and the resurgence of the local business community.”
The location of Matter Park is key, according to the company with convenient access to I-15 and the Henderson Executive Airport.
The group’s next finished project is expected this summer with the completion of Matter Logistics Center in North Las Vegas.
