November is almost here, another month is passing, and the Holiday Season is almost up on us. Which means there is so much to see and do in Las Vegas the last several weeks of the year! Here are some highlights that might pique your interests.
Balloon Festival at Southern Hills Hospital October 31st - November 2nd
Help us fundraise for the High School to Healthcare Scholarship through The Public Education Foundation! Celebrate Halloween and Nevada Day Weekend with tricks and treats at the annual Balloon Festival at Southern Hills Hospital!
Early morning balloon launches, Saturday health fair, haunted maze and trick-or-treating with balloon pilots (Oct. 31), evening balloon glows, amusement rides, and much more. Please join Southern Hills Hospital for the fourth annual Hot Air Balloon Festival.
Free Family Fun - Schedule varies daily- Subject to change; event is weather dependent. A portion of this year's event benefits local high school students enrolled in healthcare curriculums.

The Annual Nellis Open HouseNovember 8th & 9th
Aviation Nation - the free Nellis Air Force Base Open House and annual Las Vegas Air Show is a two-day event at Nellis Air Force Base, and one of the most diverse aviation events in America. It is also one of the largest public events in Nevada.
Famed chocolatier, Ethel M Chocolates, will once again light up the night with the 21st Annual Holiday Cactus Garden. The highly anticipated seasonal attraction will feature more than 600,000 sparkling lights displayed throughout a sprawling 3-acre Botanical Cactus Garden.
In addition to twinkling lights illuminating the grounds, the holiday hotspot boasts live entertainment (Fri. – Sat.), photos with Santa (Fri. – Sun.), and other festive décor.
The Cactus Lighting event will be open to the public, but ticketed. More ticket information will be announced at a later date.
The attraction is free and open to the public, all ages are welcome.
